Pretty Peas

The organic peas from our Bountiful Basket are so beautiful and delicious, I had to share some photos of them.  After helping me shuck some of them, Joe grabbed a handful of raw peas and ran off to enjoy them outside.  I steamed the rest for dinner in a steamer basket for a few minutes.  They were fresh and delicious, so I didn’t add any oil or seasoning.  If you…

This Week’s Bounty

This week, when I picked up my Bountiful Basket, I noticed a white plastic grocery bag in the vegetable basket.
