Veggie and Brie Panini

Veggie and Brie PaniniIngredients:-1 large sweet potato-1 yellow squash-1/4 C. olive oil-1 t. salt-bread (I used the sourdough bread from our Bountiful Basket)-1 sweet onion-1 bunch fresh arugula-1/3 lb. wedge brie cheese Directions:1. This Week’s Bounty

This Week’s Bounty

This week’s Bountiful Basket was huge!  It was by far the heaviest haul we have gotten so far.  Check it out: -1 head broccoli -3 tomatoes -5 ears corn -1 bunch celery -60 brussels sprouts -2 heads iceberg lettuce -1 pineapple -1 mini watermelon -1 cantaloupe -5 bananas -1 bag green apples -8 nectarines I was excited to get the pineapple, cantaloupe and watermelon in one basket.  I was also…
