300 Club Lunge of the Week – Walking Lunges

Congratulations 300 Club!  You have completed the first week of lunging.  How did it go?  Hopefully your soreness will be easing up as you get into the groove.  Last week, we started with the basic lunge.  This week, I want to challenge you with the walking lunge.  It’s just like the basic lunge except that you take a step forward each time.  Make sure that your knee does not go past your front toes.  Watch this video to see proper form in action.

    A great idea proposing just one exercise that can change the body. Very manageable (though I'm not a lunger). Love the idea.

    Thanks Lauren! I didn't realize how much lunging can change your body until I did 5000 for charity. I hope everyone can learn to love them like I do šŸ™‚

    I had a great time and great week! I found that the lunges are easy for me to do because of EA sports workout when you do 60 a day 6 times a week you get it done fast!@beeacutie2
