A tip from Jiggs: My favorite thing to do with the mexican green onions is to wrap them in foil with about about a teaspoon of soy sauce. (Leave a little of the green part sticking out.) Grill them for about 10 minutes (varies on the size of the bulb and your grill). Then eat them as a garnish or lay them in a burrito or taco. Really tasty!!!
Butternut Squash Pizza – I was so excited to get butternut squash in our basket this week, we love this pizza!
Easy Crockpot Pulled Pork – perfect for summer when you don’t want to heat up the whole kitchen

Julia Plata says — “Roast the squash, zucchini, tomatoes & celery in olive oil, garlic & rosemary or thyme. Serve with white fish or chicken”
