Eat Clean in 2013

On Monday, I talked about four nutrition lessons from 2012.  I hope they inspired your healthy eating journey enough that you are ready to make a few changes.  But how to get started?

Attune Foods has put together three one-week Clean Eating meal plans to get you off on the right foot.  Each meal plan was created by a registered dietitian and comes with a grocery list and tips.

And what the heck does it mean to “Eat Clean”?  Clean Eating simply comes down to eating whole foods that are as fresh and unprocessed as possible.

For those of you who are gluten-free, you can click on my meal plan.
Just a note though, if you are in any way suspecting that you might have celiac disease, I would URGE you to get tested BEFORE going gluten-free.  Ask your doctor for the blood test now because after going gluten-free, the test will be inaccurate.

So there you have it, three ways to Eat Clean in 2013.  Which one will you choose?

P.S. Speaking of clean eating, how amazing does this recipe look from Jessica at How Sweet It Is?  I might have drooled a little bit…

Nice job on the meal plan, Alysa. I’m going to print it out and try some of the meals next week.
