One of my favorite holiday memories takes place in my childhood kitchen. Mom and I would throw on our aprons and bake all day. Pecan dreams, gingersnaps, cranberry bread and puppy chow. Grandma’s fudge, spiced tea, and our favorite savory snack mix. We would bundle it all up and take plates, jars, and pretty tins to all of our neighbors and friends.
I have continued the tradition of sharing homemade goodies as an adult. This year I decided to try a healthy and gluten-free spin on the traditional snack mix by using parmesan cheese and Van’s Lots of Everything Crackers.
