Pumpkin Spiced Hummus

A pumpkin twist on hummus. Perfect with veggies or crackers!
Course Appetizer, Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 can garbanzo beans rinsed well
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 3 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp. Celtic sea salt plus more for garnish
  • 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper add more if you like more heat

Instructions
 

  • Throw all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Sprinkle Celtic sea salt on top. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables or crackers.
