washed and boiled until tender, then diced.
Beet greens separated
washed and roughly chopped

crumbled goat cheese
Celtic sea salt
Instructions
Cook quinoa according to package instructions. While quinoa is still hot, add beet greens, diced beet and goat cheese. Salt to taste.
