preferred grain
I used Bob's Red Mill GF Hot Cereal Mix
3/4
cup
almond milk
or milk of choice
1
Tbsp.
golden flaxseed meal
can also use chia seeds
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1
tsp
honey
Fruit and/or nuts for topping as desired
Instructions
Add grain, milk, flax, cinnamon and honey to a mason jar. Stir well and cover with a lid. Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, remove the lid, pop the jar in the microwave on high for 2 minutes. Top with nuts and/or fruit as desired.
