Roasted Ratatouille

This Week’s Bounty

Stretching Towards the Sun

Friday, we planted a row of sunflower seeds. By Sunday, they were already poking their little heads out of the ground. We water the seeds and watch them grow. By Tuesday, most of the plants had shed their shells and completely opened up. Some are still waiting to be completely released so they can stretch towards the sun.

This Week’s Bounty

This week’s Bountiful Basket was awesome!  Because this week was a “Week B,” I arrived about fifteen minutes prior to pick-up time to get in line.  The line is extra long on “B” weeks because there are fewer locations hosting baskets.  From my spot in line, I was able to see what extras got into each basket so I chose one with extra grapes.  Score!  I was also excited to…
