How to Crack a Coconut

We got an amazing amount of food this week in our Bountiful Basket.  I will share the full haul with you tomorrow, but I will tell you that we got 3 coconuts.  I have never prepared a coconut before so I needed some guidance.  This video from Gourmet.com is perfect.  I can’t wait to get cracking!
