As we celebrate National Nutrition Month with a focus on personalized healthy eating styles, it’s important to remember that our fitness plans should be personalized too. What works for you might not work for me, and vice versa.
The key to sticking with a healthy activity is to find something you enjoy doing. The type of exercise you’ve given up in the past may not be the right fit for you. If that’s the case, why not try something new? Does the idea of running make you cringe? Why not give Zumba a try? Does aerobics make you break into a nervous sweat? Why not try a stroller fitness class?
