Dear Mom, thank you. Thank you for showing me what true love really looks like, and for not letting me settle for less. Thank you for teaching me what it means to be a family. Thank you for making all of my Halloween costumes over the years. You always made me exactly what I asked for. Even when it was somewhat of a strange request… Thank you for instilling in…
Ok, so this has nothing to do with celiac disease or gluten of any kind. Today I am thankful for this post from Hands Free Mama. Feel free to read it and come back. The post was a needed reminder that I spend too much time looking at the face of my phone and not enough time looking at the faces of my family. As much as I try to…
I hope you all are having a fun weekend! Did anyone watch the Derby or celebrate Cinco de Mayo yesterday? You love to go to school. You…
Dear Readers, I hope you will allow me a moment to beam about my little man who scored his very first soccer goal today. Make sure to cover your ears for the first few seconds as my crazy soccer-mom voice comes out in all of the excitement. My favorite part is how he stands there, not sure what to do for a few seconds, then decides to take a victory…
Happy Birthday Leila! Today you turn 3, and there are some things about you at this age that I never want to forget. Your favorite color is pink. When I asked you what you wanted for your birthday, you told me, “A pink hat, pink hair, and a pink nose.” You talk about your pink friends and tell me about how you will go to pink soccer practice and someday…
