Healthy Lunch Idea

If you are tired of the same old PB&J or ham and cheese sandwich, why not try a healthy wrap for lunch?  If you can find whole wheat lavash bread, that is what I recommend.  I get mine at Trader Joe’s.  If you can’t find lavash, try to find a whole wheat tortilla with five or less ingredients.  Locally made tortillas are usually your best bet.  Most store brands have…
