I am busy. You are busy. The whole world is busy. That is one reason that I strive to provide you with quick and easy recipes that are full of nutritional value. So you don’t have to worry about taking too much time to cook. That is also the reason that so many people, myself included, find it difficult to fit exercise into their day. Yes life gets crazy, but there is no excuse not to fit in 20 minutes of exercise during your day. I promise you will feel better and your body will be healthier for it.
