My new favorite party food

Recipes - Appetizers March 4, 2011
This is just a quick post to encourage you to bring this garbanzo bean and olive tapenade to your next get-together with friends.  They will love it!  Many tapenades are strong and a little too olive-y for my taste, but this one is light and fresh.  Pairing it with the endive leaves gives you a cool crunch with each bite.  I love this tapenade so much that I made it just for us at home a few weeks ago, and we ate it with every meal.  My almost 2-year-old daughter gobbled it up!

Don’t forget to submit your colorful plate photos to our Facebook or Flickr page.  I want to see them!
And those of you in the 300 Lunge Club, make sure to check in on Sunday for the new lunge of the week.  See you then!
