This week’s lunge is a little more advanced. The side lunge is one of my favorites because it hits the inner thigh (ladies, you know this is a tough spot to work on!) PLEASE watch the video above to make sure that you are doing them correctly. I don’t want anyone getting hurt. As always, watch that knee–don’t step out too far. Keep the knee aligned over the foot.
