300 Club Lunge of the Week – Side Lunges

Howdy lungers!  How are those legs feeling?  Getting stronger?  I hope you are enjoying this challenge as much as I am.  New people are joining the challenge every day.  Make sure to keep spreading the word!  If you are new this week, watch the video from the first post on proper lunging technique.

This week’s lunge is a little more advanced.  The side lunge is one of my favorites because it hits the inner thigh (ladies, you know this is a tough spot to work on!)  PLEASE watch the video above to make sure that you are doing them correctly.  I don’t want anyone getting hurt.  As always, watch that knee–don’t step out too far.  Keep the knee aligned over the foot.

    Just started the challenge…gonna have to work up to 300/week. I don't think I can do that many and still maintain good form…hopefully in a couple weeks!
