First Lunge Challenge

Just a quick note to let you all know that I will be posting challenges over on the Lunging for a Cure Facebook page.  

Today is the first challenge.  Since it is 10-10-10 (October 10, 2010), start with 3 sets of 10 lunges.  If you are a beginner, start in front of a mirror to check for correct form.  Make sure your knee doesn’t go past your toes.  Your form should look like this:
