You know that thing when you’re invited to a party and you forget to put it on the calendar and all of a sudden you need a quick appetizer idea? No? Oh I forgot, you all are much more organized than me. Well, if that ever should happen to you, here’s an easy idea that will make you look fancy in no time.
Grab a bag of golden California raisins, a bag of pistachios, and a log of goat cheese.
Spread the raisins and pistachios out on a plate. Roll the goat cheese back and forth, gently pressing until the entire surface is covered.
Serve on a cute plate at room temperature with your favorite crackers or chips.
Look at you and your fancy appetizer! It’s party time!
Love this idea. Though I’d probably have to double the amount of pistachios & golden raisins ’cause I know I’d be snacking on them during assembly.
