My son was a little over a year old, and we had just returned home from running errands. As I pulled him out of the car, his foot became caught in the carseat. Have you been able to get back into regular exercise or run yet? I find if I stick to my MUTU for 2 weeks straight then it closes and I feel great but it only takes a matter of 2 days missed and my core is back weak and my DR is separating again. Just curious if you were the same. I also have not been able to do any exercise aside from MUTU
