Gluten-Free on a Budget (Giveaway!)

When I started my journey with celiac disease, I was completely overwhelmed. It turned out that I needed three things to get me through the rough start: 1) Education 2) Supportive family members, and 3) A gluten-free community.

One of the first people I met in the gluten-free community was Chandice Probst. Her passion for this community is exceeded only by her sweetness of character. I am incredibly thankful for her friendship and guidance the past few years, and I am so excited to share with you the release of her first cookbook!

Gluten-Free on a Budget

Chandice and her mom Tana have written a cookbook that transforms everyday family recipes into gluten-free favorites. They also teach you how to cook on a budget which is a challenge for any gluten-free family.

Gluten-Free on a Budget

I have already dog-eared my copy of the book and can’t wait to make some of these goodies:

  • Chicken Tikka Masala and Naan Bread
  • Mongolian Beef
  • Tin Foil Dinner (for camping)
  • Crepes with Sweet Cheese and Strawberries
  • Buttermilk Biscuits (pictured below)

Gluten-Free on a Budget

You can grab your own copy of Gluten-Free on a Budget on Amazon. I am also giving one away to a lucky reader below!
