3 Things I’m Into Right Now

Hey everyone! It’s the second week of September, and these are three things I’m into right now.

I carry this Ozark Trail 30 oz Tumbler with me wherever I go. It keeps my water ice-cold all day, fits into my car cup holder, and even keeps ice overnight.

And for around ten bucks, it’s cheaper than the competitors and works just as well. I was so happy with it that I got two of the smaller 20 oz tumblers for the kids.

I’m always late to the party, so you probably already know about this, but I have recently discovered the Waze app and I love the way it takes me around traffic, tells me the speed limit as I go (while tracking my speed), and has up-to-the-minute crowd-sourced information on everything from gas prices to accidents.

Plus, and this is a big plus, you can choose the voice, and you guys, they have a Boy Band option. Now you can get where you need to go, using secret backroad shortcuts AND have the directions sung to you by what sounds like the Backstreet Boys. So fun.

They also have a couple of voices from Cars that my kids find highly entertaining.

I requested the Oh She Glows Every Day cookbook from the library to get some healthy food inspiration, and I wondered how much I would like it since I don’t follow a vegan diet. I am happy to say that doesn’t matter one bit.

This cookbook is incredible! For anyone who follows a mostly whole food diet and likes to cook (or would like to get better at cooking), there are tons of great recipes in here. I can’t wait to make the Thai Crunch Salad, Comforting Red Lentil and Chickpea Curry, and the Chocolate Dreams Protein Smoothie Bowl.

I like it so much that I will probably end up buying it (which is my favorite part of checking out cookbooks from the library – preview before you buy!).

I also wanted to point your attention to this free 3-part video series from Tsh Oxenreider about what it really means to live simply. I have learned more about what simple living means (and what it doesn’t) from Tsh, and I know this course is going to be helpful to so many of you. You can sign up by clicking here or on the photo below. (Registration closes on September 18th.)

What are you into lately?

How do you access the free videos? I went to the page and signed up using my name and email but nothing was available to watch?

Hey Megan, you should get an email with the first video. Let me know if you don’t!
