300 Club Lunge of the Week – Pendulum Lunges

We have been doing this challenge for five weeks now.  I want to know how many of you are still with me!  How is it going?  Do you notice a difference in your legs?  How do they look?  How do they feel?  Let’s hear from you!

This week takes the reverse lunge from last week and adds in a front lunge.  The entire movement is called a pendulum lunge.  This one works every part of your leg and gets some great balance training in as well.

    Last week was an incomplete for me (did 150, then rested before long run in 1/2-marathon training). But I'm at 1500 total so far, & back at it with this week's lunges.
